This is what you get when you try to sign up for internet service in Portugal, where there are no net neutrality rules. If the tele-giants get their way, you’ll start seeing this on a screen near you.
Pick which part of the internet you want them to give you access to. The more you want, the more you pay. Are any of your favorite sites missing from the above?
