According to the National Lightning Safety Institute, your chance of being struck by lightning are 1 in 280,000. In any given year it happens to about 1000 people.

On the other hand, according to the official rules as of April, 2018, the odds of winning “$7000 a Week for Life” Publisher's Clearing House grand prize are 1 in 6.2 billion. That's 6,200,000,000.

Your chance of winning the money is 1 in 450,000 times less than being struck by lightning. Or, to put it another way, you're as likely to be struck by lightning 450,000 times before you win the PCH prize.

On the other hand, assuming a 40 hour work week, any job that pays $175/hr or more will earn you $7000 a week. Those jobs are rare, of course. But your chances of finding one are considerably better than surviving 450,000 lightning strikes.
