When I was working with OptinMoster a few years ago, I did a lot of customer support. It's hard to do well. I was on the development team, so I got the questions and issues when they were escalated from the front-line support team. I hope that I did it well most of the time. But it was hard. Really hard. Some people have a knack for it. For me it was exhausting.

More recently, as I've been setting up this blog in its new home, I've had to reach out to technical support at Ghost and at Hover.

I've been with Hover for my domain registration for maybe 6 or 7 years now. I don't have to call them very often. But when I do, they always do customer support well. And when you call, a real person answers the phone. Every time.

I'm happy to say that my experience with the folks at Ghost has also been great. Their support channel is by email. And, because I've been bugging them around holiday vacations, they're up front about saying that responses may be delayed. But they've still responded within 12 hours, and their answers have been spot-on.

All that to say, if you're looking for domain registration or Ghost hosting, these 2 are worth it.
